The full moon in Leo blazes with heart centred energy inviting us to ignite our personal creativity and passion.  It is warm, playful and confident and often enjoys the limelight.  Leo is the regal sign of the king of the jungle and inspires and leads.  This is balanced by an opposition with the Sun in Aquarius, the sign of the people, the community, freedom and liberation for all.

Uranus, the ruler of Aquarius, is in a square aspect to the Sun and Moon, forming a tense T Square dynamic.  This creates disruption and volatility that shakes us up into a higher truth and deeper wisdom.  It brings into stark focus what we have outgrown which may come as a shock or a surprise. Pluto conjunct Mercury indicates intense discussions, deep soul searching and secrets being exposed.  This jolts us into a different perspective so that we can move forward in alignment with a newly revealed truth.  This can require the courage, heart and bravery of the lion.

This full moon encourages us to heart centred creativity and leadership in service to the collective.  It asks us to be bold, kind, brave.  Are we hiding our light under a bushel?  Do we have underused talents, gifts or skills? Do we lack confidence in ourselves? How does this serve ourselves or humanity? In the words of Marianne Williamson
